I have been running, jumping, lunging, punching and squatting in Core Camp from when it started. It has made me fitter, has made me stronger and has made me laugh! Training with a partner is a great way of having fun while bonding through the discomfort!!! Also that the exercises change every six weeks means that you get variety - which also means no boredom! I can highly recommend Inspiring Fitness Enterprises Core Camp - it is suitable for any fitness level and age group. Join in and have some fun!

What can I say about my core camp experiences????? You're a hard task master, cheeky bugger, and a good laugh! And I don't go out drinking on Friday nights cause I know you'll give me a hard time if I turn up hung-over!
No, I really enjoy the core camp on sat mornings, the sessions push me that bit further and make me do exercises that I would not normally do. I can see the benefit in the increase in my strength and fitness levels. I also love working with a group where there is a fun attitude and team effort environment.

My partner decided that if I was going to be healthier and fitter, then he would be too, so off we went to see Joe Waide at Inspire Personal Training, not really knowing what to expect, but knowing that we didn’t want to be part of a “fitness factory” with a one-size-fits all program out of a text book or someone’s video collection.

What we did want was someone who would recognize that we are in our mid fifties and tailor a program to our individual needs, someone to look after our fitness needs so that we could grow old disgracefully fit, strong and healthy.

Joe is exactly what we were looking for.  He assessed where we were at, what our problem areas were and set about designing a personal training program and guiding us through it each week, combined with exercises we could do at home. 

With Joe’s help and encouragement we are now two very different people from the overweight, unfit and inflexible couple he first met.   We love our Friday mornings with “Joey” and would give just about anything else up before we would miss out on our Friday session.

As we have progressed Joe has changed our fitness program to continually challenge us and above all, to make it fun.  If you find exercise boring, you haven’t met our Joe

I have been a participant of Inspire Core Camp since January 2008. In this time I have increased my physical fitness and noticed a change to my body shape. I have come to appreciate the Inspiration and Motivation of the rest of the group, whether it is your individual partner or those around you motivating and pushing you along to achieve what you sometimes feel is the unachievable. In the short time i have been training with Joe i have noticed my body slowly changing. Although i only attend Core Camp once a week i really look forward to the small group training.

The people i have met at Core Camp have now become friends, as we bond together in the chilly autumn morning (5.30am). I find the exercises challenging and Joe is with me every step of the way, ready to give encouragement & praise when needed. I am 58 years old and find that the exercises are well balanced to suit all the ages in the class. This includes strength training, core balance & i especially enjoy the boxing.

Hi Joe, I wanted to let you know about how much I enjoy Core Camp. I especially enjoy how we get to exercise outdoors; it's definitely a refreshing change from being indoors at a gym with four walls. The best part is that I get to have fun while I'm exercising with my friends.
